What is your return policy?
Return policy will be applicable as below:
All the items are eligible for free replacement within 5 days of delivery
Free replacement will be in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to customer.
Customer can also return the product within 5 days of the delivery for full refund.
Customer need to keep item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual(if any), warranty cards (if any), and original accessories for successful return pickup.
Junglemunch may contact customer to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
What are the payment options?
Below are the payment options will be accepted:
Pay by cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available as a payment method for all items that are fulfilled by junglemunch and some seller fulfill items.
Only printed amount will be collected from the customer.
COD is not available for all pin codes
COD will not be available if your order value exceeds Rs. 5000/-
Customer’s mobile number need to be verified for COD as a payment option.
Pay by Cards/Net banking
Payment can be done via debit, credit card or net banking
All the major bank are listed for internet banking payment mode.
No extra charge will be applied to customer for this payment method
